incorporated in 1999. Belita offers management consulting and vacation properties.

Policy Guidelines:
- All rates are in US dollars; reservation will be confirmed after a 50% deposit.
- Check-in is 4:00pm; check-out is 10:00am
- Local phone is provided but long distance is not. Recommend use of phone cards for long distance calls.
- Full kitchen is available (units are self catered). Food, and daily housekeeping are not provided.
- Off-street parking is free.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking except in designated outside areas. Ashtrays and smoking area are at front or side patios.
- Sundries:
- Hosts/concierge are available. Ask if you need anything: shuttle, directions, towels, games, etc
- Videos are available for a nominal fee.
- Laundry supplies or additional toiletries may be available from host on a cost recovery basis.
- For departure generally(check out is 10:00 am):
- Place all garbage in containers
- Clean and put away all kitchen dishes, utensils, etc
- Remove sheets and pillowcases at end of stay and leave in room with towels
